Apprenticeship as a wood technician (m/f/d)

These are your tasks with us:

As a wood technician (m/f/d) you will learn how to work with wood and wood-based materials. You process round wood into sawn timber and create components and prefabricated products from these materials. You will also learn how to use production systems such as computer-controlled machines. You equip the machines with processing tools and operating materials and monitor the processing process.

Production employee - wood technician (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are filling the following positions: from February the position as


PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE - WOOD TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)
Full-time (38,5 hours)


These are your tasks with us:
  • Participation in the component manufacturing for playground equipment
  • Independent processing of orders based on plans and parts lists, as well as selection of the appropriate wood.
  • Operating machines for wood cutting and woodworking
  • Quality control of the finished components, including compliance with standard requirements.
  • Setting up and operating the 4-sided planer on a substitute basis (prior knowledge not absolutely necessary)
You bring that with you:
  • completed vocational training (apprenticeship) in a woodworking profession
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of wood processing and manufacturing
  • skilled craftsmanship
  • A forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory; however, a willingness to complete a forklift operator course is required. We will cover the costs.
  • Independence and a precise work style
  • Reliability, punctuality, and collegiality in collaboration
  • Flexibility in the tasks to be completed
  • For male applicants: completed military or community service

The gross monthly salary for full-time employment, assuming full qualifications for the advertised position, is at least €2.850. Higher pay is possible depending on qualifications and experience.

Technical all-rounder / groundskeeper (m/f/d)

Part-time | Seasonal position | OBRA Kinderland

 

 

Your tasks

 

  • The park's seasonal preparation in spring
  • Cleaning, assembly and distribution of park furniture and equipment
  • Minor repairs to playground equipment and facilities
  • Care and maintenance of the sand play area as well as the water and pond facilities
  • Ongoing maintenance during the season
  • Inspection of gaming equipment and reporting of defects
  • Follow-up after opening days (operational readiness for the following day)
  • Winterizing the system in autumn
